Sitting just 2.5 miles from Bamburgh, this Grade II listed former maltings mill is a bird watchers paradise sitting in an enviable position within the Lindisfarne National Nature Reserve. Set in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, this is a special place where you can wander for miles on stunning sandy beaches with your four legged friend, or simply relax from the comfort of your armchair and watch the comings and goings of life on this incredibly rich, vibrant bird sanctuary.
Presented in a classic contemporary style, the wonderful open plan living area has a light airy feel with a double height ceiling which adds to the sense of space. Flowing into the warm and ambient dining and kitchen area, this is a sociable space for entertaining or precious family together time, whilst a perfectly positioned telescope allows guests to take in the panoramic views over Budle Bay or a sublime evening sunset.

Two windows look out over Budle Bay offering fantastic panoramic views and spectacular birdwatching opportunities. There is a telescope and binoculars which guests are welcome to use.

Kitchen is well equipped with electric oven with ceramic hob, large fridge/freezer, integrated dishwasher, microwave, washing machine/dryer.
