This charming 35 m² air-conditioned flat in Belgodère can accommodate up to 4 people (2 adults and 2 children). Located on the ground floor, it comprises an attractive 20 m² living room with open-plan fitted kitchen, a good-sized bedroom and a bathroom. Bed linen and towels are extra.

The accommodation comprises
- A 20 m² living room with a pull-out sofa bed and TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Nespresso coffee machine, etc.
- One bedroom with double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with bath and WC

Outside :
- The first 8 m² terrace at the entrance to the flat.
- The second terrace of 10 m2 can be accessed via the kitchen, which opens onto the living room, and is furnished to make the most of fine weather.

Communal area:
- The swimming pool is shared by the residence and is not supervised. The pool is open from April to October. Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to change by the residence.

The flat is ideally located in Belgodère, in a very pleasant environment that will enable you to quickly reach the main centres of interest in North/West Corsica: Ile Rousse 10 km away, Calvi or St Florent in 45 minutes, Piana creeks, Cap Corse... You can also take advantage of the many shops located just a few hundred metres away throughout your stay: bakery, restaurants with evening entertainment, tobacconist's, newsagent's and SPAR supermarket, beach and nautical centre 500 m away (800 m by car to reach the car park).
