Everything was amazing . The actual owner was great and helped a lot. Only problem was the laundry machine in the bathroom didn’t work. All else was great

Ich wurde erst bei Ankunft informiert das die von mir gebuchte Unterkunft vor 5 Monaten schon anderweitig vergeben wurde. Mir wurde dann eine andere Unterkunft gezeigt die dreckig und nicht vergleichbar war. Nach Drohung mit Anzeige wurde mir dann eine bessere Unterkunft gegeben. Die Kommunikation war auch sehr schlecht. Ich würde nie wieder da buchen!
