Awful experience :( I contacted them days before and mentioked my check in time was later and they saod fine its 24 hours. I arrived in the evening and there was no oje there, managed to ring them and they said not available. Had to cancel, fortunately ibfot a full refund but had to then find alternative accommodation at 10pm at night! Ruined the trip.
