Obilićev Venac Street is the first parallel to Knez Mihajlova Street , which is the central and main pedestrian and shopping zone in Belgrade , one of the loveliest streets of Belgrade and the favorite meeting and promenade place for its citizens .
Apartment is 52 m2 , located on the 6 th floor , and consists of large living room with a dining area and balcony , one bedroom , kitchen , bathroom with toilet and shower cabin and entrance corridor with ‘ American ‘ closet in mirrors .
Apartment is equipped with new furniture , safety door , central heating , air condition unite , balcony with a beautiful view to the park of Vojvoda Vuk , old city of Belgrade and New Belgrade on the other side of river Sava , telephone , intercom , WiFi of 75/5 Mbps , cable TV , washing machine , kettle , ‘American ‘ closet , fan , iron board & iron .
Bedroom is equipped with double bed , while living room is equipped with two couches each transformable into double bed . One of them is 2,4 m long. We accomodate max 3 persons .
