A group of us travelling needed to stay overnight in Belize City prior to taking a water taxi. (which was close) This property was awesome. SUPER clean and comfortable beds, spacious rooms and extremely helpful staff. They accommodated us with adjoining rooms. Used the pool - clean/tranquil - there are quiet hours, but we were welcome to sit around and quietly chill after. Workout room in the facility. Felt totally safe at the hotel. We did venture out a few blocks to the supermarket to buy extra snacks etc. - did not feel as secure but it was a quick 5 minute walk past the hospital. Totally would recommend this hotel - my group called this "an amazing find".

We stayed for one night in April before heading out to Caye Caulker. They arranged to pick us up from the airport and it all went very smoothly. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. All the staff is very helpful and friendly and were very responsive to my questions before the trip and while we were there. The Palms Belize is a great place to stay while in Belize city.

I could not have had a more enjoyable experience here. I have not traveled in years and was a little nervous at first. The hospitality Miss Julia and Miss Laura and staff showed as soon as I entered made me feel right at home. They went above and beyond to make sure I continued to feel this way even though I never expressed that. The property is beautiful to say the least. Perfectly clean and overly spacious room with a sliding glass door leading to my own 2 person patio. And a kitchen? I was blown away. The highlight of my trip was an excursion they planned for me to go fishing and snorkeling in Caye Caulker. A true highlight of my life. 6/5 stars if I could!

Beautiful property, perfect in every way on the property. I wouldn’t wonder far from property at night but that’s pretty much most of Belize city. But this place is super safe, gated little compound that is nicer than most Beverly Hills Hotels. Had a giant double room for our family and had a great time.

This hotel was wonderful it had two conjoining rooms we had five people who slept very comfortably The rooms were modern clean and very quiet The staff was wonderful Avi came and got us from the airport and then took us downtown to midtown for dinner which was fabulous. Laura and the office ladies are wonderful gave us directions to nearby grocery store of the grounds were very nice the pool was beautiful and pool deck and work out room we would definitely stay there again

The property has good rooms, I would only add a small stove to be able to cook eggs for breakfast in the morning, but everything else was perfect. We only stayed one night, arrived by car, so can´t comment on the neighborhood, although a supermarket is near at a walkable distance. Staff is very friendly and would help if wanted to order food. The Staff hours are until 9 PM more or less

Small and cozy

Lovely small hotel in a residential community. Rooms were large with nice showers. Restaurants in walking distance. Quiet, relaxing, just what we needed for the night before we traveled home.

The Palms is a lovely property. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. Our family enjoyed the pool and outdoor space. The staff was great. There’s a good coffee shop around the corner. We walked to restaurants a couple evenings. Which seemed ok, but probably best to take a cab back after dark. Recommended

Great Choice in Belize City

What a great place! Excellent price and so clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and having the option for a driver was an added plus. Pool area was serene and relaxing. Small gym - but got the job done. The coconut bread was delicious. Would highly recommend for a stay in Belize City. Also coffee shop, Baked was very close to walk to (even though coffee is provided in the room)

Very friendly staff... even got a warm delicious coconut bread delivered to the room, clean, pool right outside room, quiet, nice neighborhood took a early morning walk . Would stay again.
