Family Reunion

Your home was perfect for my family members. Being on level ground was an added perk! My older sister has balance issues and my cousin is about to have ankle replacement.As for the house and the wonderful accommodations, you hit the highest marks! Keep it up, you are a winner of a host!

Family getaway

Our family of 8, 6 adults and two teens, enjoyed two wonderful nights at this place. We enjoyed the comfort of the home. The host was easy to contact and helpful. We spent time at the Beach at Lake Avalon swimming, kayaking, and paddle boarding. We also walked the Tanyard Trails and explored the waterfall there. We had a great time!!!

Cozy Spot

Favorite NWA stay

We visit NWA regularly for the wonderful biking and this was our favorite home! The location is perfect for lots of biking opportunities. The layout works really well for a family. The home is beautiful, with lots of little touches. Our kids loves the board games. And the kitchen was the most well stocked of any rental home we’ve used. Can’t wait to come back!

Perfect ride in/out location!

Picked this house for its proximity right next to the trails and totally scored an amazing experience. Comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, plenty of seating in the dining and living rooms, quiet neighborhood. Appreciated the bike stand and large trail maps in the garage. Would definitely come back!

Great Memories Here

My daughter got married this weekend at the Mildred B. Cooper Memorial Chapel that was maybe 5 minutes from here. This home will forever be in our memories of this special weekend. The location was great, the kitchen had everything we needed, beds, pillows, linens, furniture and furnishings were all 1st class. Lastly, my elderly parents were able to navigate their way around the inside of the home and the deck area as there were no stairs they needed to climb. Such a perfect place for us to stay! We especially loved the large dining room space and comfortable outdoor deck! Location was very peaceful and easy drive into Bentonville for Crystal Bridges and restaurants! Great communication with host too!

Great location for biking and it’s a beautiful house! It was really clean, the beds are comfortable with lots of extra blankets. Easily fit our group of 7. We really liked the assortment of games and the big dining table. Will definitely stay here again!

NW Arkansas Razorback Game Stay

I was very impressed with the property. It was totally redecorated and looked brand new. The accommodations and location were great. I would stay there again. My only complaint is whoever does the cleaning did not do the best job. The bathroom mirror had not been cleaned and had the previous person’s toothpaste on it. The floors had not been vacuumed thoroughly and there was hair, outside debris and large dust bunnies on it.
