We have a pet policy. $250 refundable deposit and a $10 up to 10 pounds; $15 for those over.

Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Trash container in out the back door, through the patio and left about 20-30 yards. Large blue bin.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
