Located right off the OZ trails near golf courses, and many lakes and only 15 minutes to downtown Bentonville. You can enjoy this spacious open concept for those large gatherings with friends and family. The seating is large and comfortable enough to watch your favorite sports team on the big screen, and the bedrooms are large with plush bedding. The master suite is located on the other side of the home, perfect for privacy. You have 3 large full bathrooms fully equipped with all toiletries . You can bike in/bike out, and the full garage is equipped with a bike stand and trail map. You will love your morning coffee out on the back deck with a wooded view, watching wildlife and the changes of the seasons.
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be within walking distance of Metfield Recreation Complex. Enjoy features like laundry facilities. 3 bathrooms and a patio are available in the vacation home.

Quiet get-away spot

Peaceful stay in a well-appointed house on a quiet street with wooded views. Nice place to get-away and relax with family, but still be close to family nearby, hiking trails, shops, etc.

Gorgeous home!

Gorgeous home! Well stocked with everything you need and even those items you may have forgotten like toothbrush, cotton balls, etc. Super close to the bike trails. We loved watching the deer too! Every morning they would be in the yard.
