Make yourself at home in this 5-bedroom Bella Vista retreat. This brilliant house offers 4 king beds, 2 twin beds, 1 sofa bed, and 1 queen bed, perfect for a group getaway. With heating, AC, a washing machine, and WiFi, guests will have everything they need for a comfortable stay.
Full kitchen upstairs and kitchenette downstairs. Two full-size fridges plus a mini fridge downstairs.
The 3 bathrooms come equipped with a hairdryer for added convenience.

The house is spacious, with plenty of room to spread out but the waterfront and dock are what sets this home apart. Down on the dock, you will find two kayaks and three paddleboards for use. Plenty of floats and ample fishing. Not enough? Dock also comes equipped with two mini fridges and a black stone. Swim Spa/Hot Tub on the lower deck.

A small beach access area shared with neighbors allows for a great space for small kids to play and a large firepit area.

Memories are waiting to be made down on the water or frying up some fish you caught off the dock.

Incredibly communicative, welcoming, helpful! The house is lovely, and even though it was very late in the season, we did a cold plunge every day. The covered porch was perfect in the rain, and the living spaces are great for a happy gathering.

You will not find a nicer place for a lakeside getaway. This one is just right. Spacious home, with lots of beds and sofas, two refrigerator/freezers, indoor and outdoor dining and sitting areas, well-equipped kitchen. The dock is also spacious enough for everyone to hang out, and there are plenty of water toys (kayaks, paddleboards, inflatables).Only cautionary note is that the path down to the water is steeper than it looks (at least to me) in the photo, in case you have mobility issues.

The house was the perfect amount of space for the 15 of us. The walk to the dock was very doable for all of us, oldest to youngest alike. The upper deck covered with the gazebo was a favorite spot especially since we had some rain while there. Lots of beach towels and lifevests available for our use too.

Great location and perfect lake life

The location of this house right on the lake, was amazing!!! The kids loved kayaking and jumping into the lake right from our personal dock! It was a great view and plenty of beds. Some parts were a bit worn out but overall perfect for families to snuggle up after a day of mountain biking and swimming

Relaxing lakefront

Positives: nearness to peaceful lake, kayaks, fishing dock, fire pit, fabulous large hot tub/swim spa!, very clean and roomy indoors—good for large family, 2 refrigerators, good kitchen. Well constructed so that sound was minimized between rooms. Great communication with owner! Needs improvement: main fridge smells strongly of fish, propane grill is rusty, hall bathroom door is a heavy barn door which is hard to use and lacks privacy, indoor staircase and outdoor staircase leading from the upper deck to the lake is a safety issue for young children. (Wide gate needed indoors, latching safety gate needed outdoors.) Overall, a good place to stay. Good for large groups.

Girl trip

I recently stayed here with a group of retired friends. There were 7 of us and we had lots of room to spread out. Our favorite spot was the gazebo overlooking the lake, such a beautiful view. The boathouse and fire pit area were fun, we even swam and took out the kayaks. All of the beds were comfortable and plentiful. This would be a great place to stay with a family as well.
