One of its highlights is the free private parking reserved for guests—a rare convenience in Bellagio—so you can forget your car and reach the center on foot.



The 75 sqm cottage accommodates up to 4 guests and features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen (gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, moka pot, American coffee maker, kettle, and toaster), 2 bathrooms, and an air-conditioned loft bedroom with a double bed and 2 single beds.



Outside, a private patio with dining and lounge area awaits you, perfect for starting your day with lake views or ending it with dinner outdoors. Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, and iron are available. Cot, high chair, and stroller are free on request. The fireplace cannot be used, as required by regional regulations.



There are internal stairs and three flights of stairs from the parking area to the cottage. Breakfast is not provided.
