Villa Casa Pini is a refined independent villa recently renovated located in the historic center of Bellagio, in the heart of Lake Como. The location is rare and privileged: on a quiet side street, a few steps from the lakefront, restaurants, boutiques and ferries, but far from the tourist noise.
The villa is spread over two floors and offers a beautiful lake view from several main rooms.
Upstairs there is an elegant living room with fireplace and lake view balcony, a panoramic dining room and an equipped kitchen with balcony and lake view. On the same level there is a double bedroom with direct access to the private patio and a bathroom with shower.
Outside, a few steps lead to a large patio surrounded by greenery, a rare private space in the center of Bellagio. The area is equipped with a lounge sofa, dining table, chairs and umbrella, ideal for outdoor relaxation.
The lower floor houses a suggestive former icebox transformed into a TV lounge, a double bedroom connected to a single walk-through room and a large bathroom with a double triangular bathtub.
The property also includes a private garage for motorcycles and bicycles and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
