Guests have a dedicated outdoor area with a dining table and barbecue, as well as a private parking space, a great advantage considering the location. Bellano can be reached in a few minutes by car, while on foot you can reach it in about 40 minutes. From the village it is possible to explore Lake Como by train or boat. Failure to pay the tourist tax, if applicable, may result in the cancellation of the reservation, as it is a mandatory requirement set by the Municipality.

Check-in: To receive the detailed instructions on how to reach the accommodation, it is necessary to complete the fast check-in procedure (guest registration, possible payment of the tourist tax, and contract signing).
The official check-in time is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Access to the accommodation outside this time frame is not permitted unless previously agreed in writing and subject to the payment of an early check-in or late check-in supplement.
