As the property is in a residential area, we have a strict 'No parties or Events' policy and ask that all guests respect the neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum, particularly at night.

Guests are welcome to enjoy the entire property, but please note that the linen cupboard is locked and off-limits, along with the lockbox in the media room.

Other things to note
Essential items like dishwashing liquid/tablets, laundry powder, and toilet paper are provided in limited quantities. The kitchen is stocked with basic supplies for guests, including tea, coffee, sugar, etc, typically sufficient for a two-night stay. However, milk is not included, as preferences vary. Please note that these items will not be restocked during your visit, you’ll need to purchase more if needed.

Please remember to bring your own pool or beach towels, as they are not provided.
