Your vacation rental, spread over 3 levels, includes: On the ground floor: Small entrance hall, living room with fireplace insert (1 complimentary welcome basket of wood), kitchen open to the living room, separate toilet with washbasin, and laundry area. 1st floor: 1 bedroom (2 single electric beds (90x190), 1 bedroom (1 double bed (140x190), bathroom with shower, and separate toilet. 2nd floor: 1 beautiful master suite with (1 queen-size bed) and its original bathroom (bathtub), separate toilet with washbasin. This house is adjoining another vacation rental (gîte 22G220105), with a large gravelled courtyard, a large wooden terrace (sun loungers), and a private, unfenced 300 m² garden. Possibility of secure bicycle shelter. This superbly renovated farmhouse exudes charm, utilizing high-quality materials and refined decor! A cozy atmosphere reigns in every room, and a touch of serenity reigns in the master suite, enhanced by its bathtub. In the southwest-facing garden, you can pick aromatic plants for your kitchen. This peaceful haven is located on the edge of the Coat Noz forest. If you love nature, this 18th-century house is just 100 meters from hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, and fishing trails. Within a 30-km radius, you have a choice of beautiful seaside resorts: Locquirec, Ploumanach, Paimpol, Plouha, and St-Quay-Portrieux.
