25 km from Angers and 40 km from Saumur, you can explore the heritage of the Loire Valley: the Brissac châteaux 10 minutes away, villages along the banks of the Loire, troglodyte dwellings, and strolls through the surrounding vineyards on foot or by bike.

A milliner and hat maker, Marie welcomes you into her home and shares her passion for hats in her living room, which has been transformed into a showroom. On the first floor of the house, you will have a private 41m² space:
- Bedroom with a 160x200cm bed and shower room opening onto the bedroom
- Living room with sofas and television (Netflix, DVD player, games, library)
- Private separate toilet

Enjoy the wooded garden, the volleyball court, and the owners' swimming pool (3mx9mx1.50m - secure dome), accessible from 9am to 8pm.
