Ground-floor holiday cottage ideally located between Nancy and Metz. Easy access via the A31 motorway, 1.5 km away. Belleville has a few shops (including a bakery and a hairdresser) as well as the listed medieval church of Saint-Etienne, dating from the 15th century. For cyclists, the Voie Bleue – Moselle-Saône cycle route is 800 meters away, and bicycles can be stored in a secure area at the rear of the property. The cottage is on the ground floor of a semi-detached house.
