The room needs an overhaul. The door needs adjusted so you can’t see out in the hallway from inside your room with the door closed. The couch needs to be cleaned or replaced. The trim in the bathroom is coming off so it’s hard to close the door and open it.

The juice dispensing machine was dispensing syrup with a false color. A physical receipt was requested but wasn’t provided. It was mentioned that the receipt will be shared via email/ expedia but bot shared yet. The room’s door was not closing properly.

Not necessarily dirty, but unkept I had something fall behind the dresser and I reached down to get it, and my hand was covered in cobwebs on the hallway is combed with the corners in the room are cobwebs kind of sucks because it’s actually not a bad place

To start the back door has no lock and you walk in to see a e-bike parked under the stairs then as you walk down the hall you see blood on the walls then when i went to use the washroom in my room it wouldnt flush because the flapper was stuck since it hadnt been used in so long. The next morning i went for breakfast to find that the hot breakfast was completely cooked in the microwave. I would not recommend to anyone

The hotel is a little dated but very clean. Front desk staff was courteous and helpful. Very quiet and had a good night sleep after a long drive. Breakfast choices wad very limited but there wasn't many people staying at the hotel and I assumed that they were avoiding wasting food.

I did not feel comfortable at this hotel. If I could’ve left and paid for another hotel, I would’ve done so. The only reason I booked this place was the price, and I never will do this again in my lifetime. The manager, JP, was nice enough to book us a room on the main floor since I have a disability and there were only stairs, no elevator. We also got an early check-in, what a surprise! They were so available!! The entire place smelled stale and disgusting. Wallpaper was peeling off the walls. The mattresses in the room were very uncomfortable, way too firm. The TV power could not be turned on nor off by the remote. You physically had to push a button on the tv. Not too handy when you’re falling asleep. Also, the volume of the tv was set so low, neither my husband nor I could hear it at full blast. There is a microwave and coffee maker in the room but they weren’t plugged in. After I got them plugged in over the The “free breakfast” is a continental one. The toaster doesn’t work to do what it’s supposed to. There’s no lids for the coffee cups if you want to go back to your room instead of hanging out in the dreary, small, smelly and cold front room where breakfast is served.

Room said it had a fireplace it didn't work when I phone up about it they said they knew about it. The bathroom had mold in all the corners. We did not stay and asked for our money back. They gave us no problem getting
