Small exceptionally nice efficiency. Pull out sofa bed. Full size kitchen, bathroom with shower, heated toilet seat & bidet. Very nice covered deck, desk space for working. TV with Netflix and usual other suspects and Wi-Fi. Off street parking. Pet friendly with prior approval. 420 friendly but please only a puff or two indoors. Laundry mat within walking distance. Grocery, restaurants, bars, music and a park all within walking distance. This is a very friendly and peaceful neighborhood where people do walk sometimes with pets, sometime not. Long term stays of 30 days or more only due to city regulations.
