Terrible. We stayed for 2 nights over my daughter’s graduation weekend and there was no hot water either night! We requested a discount on our stay and were told a manager would call us. No one called. I had to call twice, when I got through to a manager they offered to waive our $40 pet fee and give us $10 off the room. Pathetic.

I was extremely disappointed in both the customer service and condition of the property. We booked two rooms for two nights' stay. Ahead of time I had requested in three different places online that we have rooms near each other. I also called the actual hotel ahead of time and requested the same thing. I was told it was written down and 'shouldn't be a problem'. Upon arriving I found out that the rooms weren't even in the same building, one of which was across the street from the other. As I tried to make the request to the manager at the front desk she interrupted and said "we are full, there is no way". I persevered and tried to explain that this had been requested numerous ways. She again cut in and said, "there's nothing written here, we are full. There is no way." She made absolutely no effort to try and accommodate this request even though we were checking in right at 3 so I knew all the rooms weren't occupied. One of our rooms did not have hot water the entire time we were there. When we went to the desk to tell them (because the phone in the room wasn't working) we were told "yes, we know. The boiler isn't working." It was not fixed before we left. So despite knowing we would have no water we were not told ahed of time. The cold cereal in the breakfast was actually stale. The rooms were nice sized and clean. But we would not recommend this hotel to anyone because of the lack of customer service and customer concern.

Two nights booked, and 2 nights with no hot water. Front desk said on "soon". Then next day "it's on". Nope. No hot water at all. Desk clerk woulds not reduce the price to compensate for a poor 2 nights. Overall property outside looked nice. Room was clean and bed was ok. Room had a TINY bathroom that barely accomodated a toilet and shower and sink. TV itself was nice, but the remote control was mostly a joke....just had to click over and over and over.... Will NEVER stay there again.

It was nice. Comfortable bed, very close to the hospital. Nice front office people. Really came to appreciate it more when I had to change to an awful property up the street due to them being sold out, and I needed to extend my stay. Nice breakfast.

I tried to address an issue with my reservation and the front desk staff shut me down, ‘no changes with third party reservations’ end of discussion. She did not let me explain the issue, just saw Travelocity on my reservation and stopped me abruptly. It was a terrible way to start my stay.

There was no elevator. WE parked in the handicapped parking spot, which I mentioned at check in. They gave us a room on the third floor with no elevator. We asked for a room without an elevator. The bathroom door in the room they moved us to on a bottom floor was too small for a walker or wheelchair to fit through. The door could not open all the way because it ran into a door stop or it would hit the shower. The vanity reduced the area in which you could walk through to get into the bathroom and the toilet area was extremely narrow. I would never stay there again. There was dirt all along the floorboards and knicks in the tiles. The beds were too high and difficult to get into.
