The room was spacious and comfortable. The lobby was lovely and a great place to have coffee each morning. We enjoyed visiting the Miracle pop-up bar. Friendly staff and accommodating.

The room was clean and staff polite and helpful. The place is charming, historical, and a great downtown location. Opportunities to improve are with the room being quite cold until we were offered a space heater to augment. We were on the "first floor" but if you're older (as we are) there's actually steps up to what is essentially the second floor.

The hotel is in a great location, staff was extremely friendly but there are a few things that bothered me. First off, there is NO parking. Sure they have a few spots designated for the hotel but good luck getting one. They suggest street parking, good luck with that on the weekend. NO street parking Tues or Wednesday overnight, so you have to park in the parking garage two blocks away. The hotel is really loud, they give you ear plugs though. They are trying just missing the mark in my opinion. Probably won't stay again.
