The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, along with a den room downstairs featuring a pull-out sofa bed. The main bedroom has a queen bed and WIC, while the second and third bedrooms each have a single twin and closet space. Downstairs is the living room, a kitchen/dining room with seating at the bar, den, bathroom, and screened-in porch. There is also a mud/utility room and finished basement serving as a kids' play area.

In the large grassy & serene yard there is a two story space currently set up as wfh office adjacent to the large pool (please note that the pool fence pictured has since been removed), the office also has internet. Upstairs in the office is a pullout sofa bed
The large deck has ample room for outside dining and is provisioned with table, chairs, outdoor lounge area and a grill.
Beyond the deck lies a large firepit area with further seating.

It's a 4-minute walk to the main street, where you will find lovely stores, restaurants, and several coffee shops; there are several farmers' markets in the nearby villages open through summer weekends. A 15 minute walk to the marina and ferry over to HoHum beach (an amazing private beach on Fire Island which you get to by ferry (for residents and guests only).

Includes: towels (bath and beach), bed linens. Kitchen has toaster oven, air fryer, blender, rice cooker, toaster & electric kettle with a microwave oven in the utility area (also home to washer and dryer).

SORRY - NO pets or parties/large gatherings at the house.
