This turned out to be a little bit of a surprise. Marina and Antonio have turned this place into a very comfortable and welcoming B&B. The rooms are spacious and well appointed with lovely views from the windows across to the Dolomites. Breakfast is basic, so don't expect bacon and eggs, but there's enough there to fill you up. Also, lots of room for parking and it's very quiet at night. Highly recommended

Rural B and B

It's in a pleasant rural location on a smallholding, about half an hour's pleasant walk from Belluno. The owner was patient with my Italian but also spoke some English. He was very helpful with advice on where to visit. I was also given permission to use the kettle and make my own tea at times other than breakfast, which was a real bonus.

A nice country place, but poor service

We chose this B&B because it had good reviews and looked appealing. However, we were disappointed by poor sevice and hospitality. It's located in the middle of a farm feild and quite hard to find. Our room was large and clean, but it was very cold at night because no heating. Beakfast was very poor, boring store-bought stuff, limited selection, no eggs, no bacon, no greeting. Since no one was in the kitchen area we prepared coffee by ourselves. The owner had very little time and attention for guests.

Very god accommodation and friendly staff. Remember to advise hotel if you want to book in before 6. If you do not have a car then a bit of a walk to Belluno city centre or u wll have to take a taxi.

A gorgeous Dolomites retreat. Highly recommended!

We only spent two nights here but would happily have stayed a week or more. Beautiful panoramic views of the Dolomites glowing red in the morning sunshine. A great base from which to explore the mountains, and reasonably close to the station (which also has buses further into the mountains). The room was spacious with a good bathroom and very comfortable bed. Breakfast was varied with fresh pastries and a daily selection of meats and cheeses. The owners were fantastic at every stage and nothing was too much trouble for them. The grounds were lovely with the sheep, goats and horse greeting you in the morning from their own cosy lodgings. Hector the dog was a particular highlight (we've been advised by friends that he's a Bernese Mountain Dog) - we could have happily spent all day playing with him. Overall absolutely wonderful stay!

Não tenho palavras pra descrever o quanto incrível é esse lugar. Foi uma surpresa tanto pela localização que é um lugar lindo, quanto pela estadia em geral. O quarto é bem amplo, muito bem equipado, aconchegante e limpo, assim como o banheiro. Café da manhã muito bem servido e delicioso. O atendimento tb foi muito simpático e cordial. Amamos tudo e voltaremos sem dúvida.

I Proprietari sono due persone deliziose, disponibili e gentili. Camera (2+2) spaziosa e pulita arredata di gusto e ben tenuta. Area esterna spaziosa, i proprietari ti permettono di rimanere li anche dopo il check out, c'è un prato enorme dove stendersi e spaparanzarsi Al Sole. Super!
