Our charming 3-bedroom 2.5-bathroom house has everything you need for a perfect Belmar vacation. The unit comes with free parking and laptop-friendly workspace. During your stay, you can also enjoy using a year-round hot tub and indoor fireplace. Our home is within walking distance to several popular restaurants and beaches. An ideal base to explore Belmar and the Jersey Shore!



Right in the heart of Belmar, just 5 minutes from the beach and a 10-minute walk to the marina. Head over to Main Street, only 3 blocks away, for great restaurants, coffee shops, and local boutiques. Enjoy fresh seafood by the water, rent a boat for the day, or take a scenic walk along the marina. The area has plenty of bars and nightlife, but the neighborhood stays quiet at night for a relaxing stay. Take a short stroll to the marina for beautiful sunset views over Shark River. Belmar house

Very clean & good communication with the property manager. Great back patio and grilling area. Nice and quiet neighborhood. My only suggestion would be to turn the ac on in the house before the guests arrive in the heat of summer.

Enjoyed this property. Neighborhood was quiet. You could tell this home has had a lot of love and renovation. Loved this house. Loved the kitchen. The hot tub was ready to use. I really enjoyed my stay. There is grocery close by and coffee. Clean, cozy, roomy. For me the only reason I put 4 in areas was I am use to completely communicating through VRBO. When on Vaca I don't check emails. So there was confusion when getting door code as I was only checking VRBO. So just some feedback to add those coms into VRBO. (It also feels less sketchy for security).
