This Hotel is horrible! Completely different from pictures on Hotel.com. This is NOT a 3 star hotel, maybe 1 star if even that. Rooms VERY old, AC VERY old with pieces hanging off, not working, the room light did not work, mold in some of the walls, dirty. Other guests were also canceling the booking at front desk. Thankfully I was able to book another hotel near by.

I slept well but the building is old and some stuff in the room is in rough condition. Also there was no mirror in the bathroom for some reason. There was a fridge but no microwave.

Não indico, pois foi muito decepcionante a estadia, imaginei que seria um ótimo hotel com excelente estadia pelas fotos que vi no app, porém a realidade é outra. O hotel tem tudo pra ser. Top pois fica no centro. No site também falam que tem estacionamento porém eles tem uma parceria onde a pessoa ainda tem que pagar pelo estacionamento.

Fomos para uma quarto na qual assim que entramos já matamos uma barata, pedimos outro quarto mas o ar condicionado nao gelou nada mas ao menos estava aparentando mais linpo no entranto mesmo com a placa de não fumar achamos restos de fumo no quarto. No geral tudo muito antigo e com aspecto de quem não esta sendo muito cuidado.

Café da manhã muito ruim. Quarto com piso velhissimo, tacos quebrados, buracos nos cantos. Banheiro péssimo, toalha de banho péssima. O custo não corresponde ao benefício. Tudo tão mal conservado que não dava pra saber se era má conservação ou sujeira. Hotel igual ao Amazonas Palace Hotel é possível encontrar nas proximidades pela metade do preço que paguei pela diária.
