Esta foi a terceira vez que me hospedei no Bourbon Savassi Belo Horizonte. Nas ocasiões anteriores, tive experiências muito positivas; contudo, nesta última estadia, fiquei bastante decepcionada. O café da manhã, que antes era um ponto forte, deixou a desejar, com poucas opções e qualidade inferior ao padrão que eu esperava do hotel. Além disso, o hotel estava muito cheio, com a presença de equipes esportivas que acabaram tumultuando os espaços comuns e gerando bastante barulho nos corredores. Entendo que o hotel receba diferentes perfis de hóspedes, mas considero importante que haja maior controle da circulação, do silêncio e da organização desses grupos, especialmente para preservar o conforto dos demais clientes. Espero que a administração reavalie esses pontos, pois o hotel já me proporcionou boas experiências anteriormente e tem potencial para manter um padrão mais elevado de qualidade.

Tive uma experiência bastante insatisfatória. O enxoval do hotel é de baixa qualidade, com roupas de cama e toalhas visivelmente velhas e desgastadas. O café da manhã também deixa muito a desejar, com poucas opções e pouca variedade. Além disso, solicitamos pratos e talheres e fomos informados de que precisaríamos pagar/alugar por esses itens — algo que considero totalmente inadequado e incomum para um hotel. Academia terrivel com equipamentos velhos e estragados Infelizmente, a experiência não correspondeu ao esperado.
