This place was fine for a couple nights of sleep and that's it. Room was tiny, giant crack in the bathroom wall, very little water pressure, breakfast was lacking. Wouldn't stay here again.

We got there at noon and couldn’t get a room. Check in time is 2pm but every single hotel I’ve been to has always allowed some flexibility, but this one hasn’t. Poor cleaning, very old towels, reception area a completely mess, with no ar conditioning. It was hot like hell and they kept all doors open to save energy bill I guess… all in all, one of the worst hotels I’ve been to.

O hotel precisa de melhorias. A porta de entrada tem muitas goteiras e estavam com panos de chão para tentar conter a água. Os preços dos produtos na recepção (água, etc) são absurdos (R$18 uma garrafa de água de 1.5l). Os quartos não tem armários, ferro de passar roupas, etc.

Estacionamento pago e caro. Café da manhã apenas razoável. Funcionários bem despreparados. Fiquei 4 dias em 3 desses, na hora do café da manhã, tinha um funcionário esfregando o chão. Ora, convenhamos, você tomando café e uma pessoa limpando o chão ao seu redor em pleno horário do café? Será que não poderiam fazer a limpeza depois? Enfim, a experiência não foi agradável.

De modo geral, tivemos uma boa experiência no hotel. Escolhemos a hospedagem com base nas avaliações positivas e acreditamos que talvez tenhamos ido em um período atípico (carnaval). Nos dois primeiros dias, enfrentamos algumas dificuldades no café da manhã devido à superlotação e a uma reforma que estava acontecendo na área. Houve momentos em que faltaram mesas e alguns itens do café demoravam a ser repostos, o que acabou gerando um certo desconforto. Felizmente, nos dias seguintes a situação melhorou consideravelmente. No mais, não temos do que reclamar. Os funcionários foram muito receptivos e educados durante toda a estadia, a arrumação do quarto foi bem feita e a estrutura do hotel atendeu bem às nossas expectativas. Acreditamos que, fora essa questão pontual, a experiência tende a ser ainda melhor. 😊
