Terrible place. They shouldnt be operating at all. The bed was broken. Rooms smelled horrible.

Fomos recebidos na média. Mas permitiram q nossas bagagens ficassem guardadas até a hora do check-in. O quarto estava sujo. Havia respingo de urina na tampa do vaso sanitário qdo chegamos. A pia cheia de sujeira, deu a impressão que haviam lavado pano de chão na pia... Haviam sabonetes usados pelo hóspede anterior ainda no box. Havia um resto de papel higiênico no rolo que não dava nem 10cm. Pedimos para limpar mas não limparam. Eu tive q limpar o vaso e a pia que inclusive estavam entupidos. Tive que desentupir. A regulagem do chuveiro eh muito sensível. É preciso cuidado para não se queimar. Piso escorregadio. As paredes do quarto estavam muito sujas... Cortina até cinza de pó. Ar condicionadoe armários bons. Lençóis aparentemente limpos. O café da manhã tem poucas opções e chegava pouca quantidade p atender a todos... Então sempre era necessário esperar uns 10 min para que pudessem repor o q estava faltando. A parte boa é que no atendimento da saída era uma outra recepcionista que nos atendeu super bem e nos permitiu fazer um late check-out até às 14h por causa de nosso horário de embarque.

Muito ruim, fiquei no apartamento 804 muito barulho tem um bar na frente do hotel que o pessoal fica até 2 da manhã numa gritaria, cantando que não dorme nada para no outro dia ter que trabalhar e estudar….. impossível ter sossego neste Hotel

Hotel em condições degradantes de limpeza e conservação. Quarto com poeira, piso sujo, toalhas com manchas, entre outros. Salvam-se apenas as moças do café da manhã que foram super prestativas e atenciosas. Precisam melhorar bastante.

Higiene e conservação Terríveis.

Fico em BH toda semana de terça a quinta. Essa é a minha segunda hospedatem no Oscar e pela segunda vez foi tudo terrível. Simplesmente impróprio para hospedagem minimamente digna. Terrível. Na recepção o atendente não consegue dar um boa noite e nem informar sobre horários. e o PIOR: AS CONDIÇÕES DE HIGIÊNE DO QUARTO E BANHEIRO! Havia fezes no vazo! a Toalha de corpo estava jogada amarrotada deixando na dúvida se estava limpa. As paredes do quarto todas, todas sujas. Imundas, com as mais diversas cores, riscos, respingos e sujidade O chuveiro com apenas 3 saídas! O resto entupido! O Cobertor com odor insuportável Janela não impede entrada de sons. Durante a noite a manobra de carros é perceptível dentro do quarto. Simplesmente a minha pior hospedagem em BH!

De bom so a localização

Pessimo hotel, tive que trocar de quarto porque o ar condicionado nao desligava. Usam chaves normais nas portas, macaneta saia na mao. Lencois sem elasticos, fica escorrengando da cama, precisei levantar varias vezes para poder arrumar a cama e nao ficar com o rosto direto no colçhão. Me colocaram num segundo quarto onde a janela nao fechava, sem papael higienico no banheiro. Fui solicitar na recepção o atendente me fez subir o elevador com um rolo de papel higienico na mao. Fiz algumas solicitaçoes para atendentes eles ficavam de verificar, nao resolvia e nao davam retorno. Resumindo, pessimo hotel.
