Simple accomodation. No breakfast.

I was looking for a simple hotel for one night in Belo Horizontes before taking the morning bus to Ouro Preto. This place met the basic needs— it had 24 hr check in (I landed past midnight so this was important), simple bed and shower which was sufficient, and advertised to have wifi and included breakfast. Note I emphasize “advertise”— Orbitz should change this. There was no breakfast, and the wifi was beyond slow. So slow I ended up giving up on wifi and resorted to roaming. The place is very barebones. If you’re looking for simple place to meet basic one night stay, this is a good choice. Otherwise I would not plan to stay there again if I was there for a longer trip.

Olá razoável, tomadas apenas nas caixas internas sem a parte externa, que traz insegurança, piso quebrado bem em frente a porta do banheiro, fiquei no segundo andar porta que da para sacada na rua sem chaves, torneira do lavatório não fecha direito, sem cesto de lixo no quarto apenas no banheiro que é muito pesqueno, toalhas com cheiro forte, colchão também, elevador estragou no dia do checkout. Ponto positivo o recepcionasta é bastante solicito, café básico mais suficiente

Chegamos ao hotel com antecedência e aguardamos a liberação do quarto. Após algum tempo de espera, subimos para descansar da viagem cansativa. Ao entrar, percebemos que havia uma cama de casal, embora eu tivesse solicitado duas camas de solteiro na reserva. O atendente da recepção informou que o problema era da plataforma de vocês, e não do hotel, apesar de estar claramente especificado na reserva o pedido por duas camas de solteiro. Após mais um período de espera, ele conseguiu nos trocar para um quarto com três camas de solteiro. No entanto, o quarto apresentava diversos problemas: • Havia apenas três tomadas, sendo uma próxima ao chão da porta de entrada, uma ao lado de uma cama e outra dentro do banheiro, o que é totalmente inadequado. • A porta do banheiro não oferece nenhuma privacidade, pois há um grande vão na parte inferior, semelhante a uma divisória. • A torneira da pia vaza continuamente, mesmo sem ser aberta, e por conta disso molhou todos os meus pertences que estavam sobre a pia, alguns, inclusive, ficaram inutilizados e precisaram ser jogados fora. • O sinal de telefone não funciona dentro do quarto, embora no restante do hotel o sinal estivesse normal. • O Wi-Fi não tinha sequer sinal dentro do quarto, tornando impossível o uso da internet. Diante de todos esses transtornos, o único ponto realmente positivo da hospedagem foi o café da manhã, que estava impecável.

Tivemos alguns problemas com a estadia, como: reservamos um quarto com camas de solteiro, recebemos um com cama de casal; o quarto não estava devidamente higienizado (o box do banheiro estava cheio de pelos); o café da manhã é aquém do esperado e queriam nos cobrar por uma reserva que já estava paga. A única vantagem é a localização que é excelente e próxima de diversos pontos turísticos.
