I must highlight that people working there we amazing, from reception to the restaurant. Really nice and hospitable. Breakfast was really great. Unfortunately I cannot same the same for the room... Beds need to be changed urgently

Very worn out hotel

We had stayed here for 2 nights during the World Cup. It is probably the worst hotel that I had seen in years. The hotel needs a major renovation. The beds and all equipment are very old. The water is hardly warm and gets heated by an electric device, which sometimes gives you a slight electric shock when you turn the water off. The windows have glass only in the upper part, whilst the bottom part is covered by wooden shades. It gets noisy at nights and you don't feel safe. There is no air conditioning or safe.

Poor services Very noisy room

The hotel is very simple and noisy. If is close to BRT system. I had to leve the room and find a place to buy earphones to be able to sleep.

Hotel em estado precário

Hotel com instações precárias. Frigobar quase caindo aos pedaços. Avenida barulhenta que não permite dormir. Travesseiro muito fino. Quarto sujo com pelos. Havia lagartixa num dos quartos, pedi pra mudar. Boa parte não tem ducha higiênica. Toalhas de banho duras. Café da manhã razoável e chech in rápido.

hotel razoável, no centro, estacionamento pago e nao muito cômodo, pois tem que deixar chave do carro na portaria, poucas vagas, hotel velho, se o valor for aceitável e somando o que vai gastar de estacionamento, confirmar se vai ter vago, se não tiver não faça reserva, ponto mais negativo foi café da manhã má qualidade dos produtos, teve dia de ter tudo do dia anterior,
