O ar condicionado ñ funcionou e tive q abrir as janelas, pq me disseram q ñ tinha nem mesmo ventilador pra emprestar. Sendo q nem mesmo a tv funcionou.

Parece um hospital abandonado. Atendimento péssimo. Quartos quentes apenas com um ventilador de pé. Roupa de cama ruins e sujas, além de colchões péssimos.

ATENDIMENTO FOI BOM, INSTALAÇÕES SÃO BEM RUIMS, BANHEIRO FEITO COM DIVISÓRIAS, INSTALAÇÕES ELÉTRICAS EXPOSTAS, O AR CONDICIONADO ALAGOU O QUARTO.QUANDO EU SOLICITEI A HOSPEDAGEM FOI COM ESTACIONAMENTO, MAS CHEGANDO LÁ APESAR DO ENORME ESTACIONAMENTO DISPONÍVEL COBRARAM AINDA 50,00 PELO ESTACIONAMENTO. Decepcionante, em vários aspectos, a impressão que tenho que era um prédio abandonado que estão reativando como hotel, chegamos no quarto, não havia toalhas, sabonete, shampoo e outros itens listados no anúncio, nem toalha para piso e rosto conseguimos ao solicitar, fomos informados que não havia, a única coisa que conseguimos foi as toalhas de banho, chuveiro que não funciona direito e com limo, casa de aranha no banheiro, café da manhã bem fraco, dentre outras coisas, enfim não recomendo apesar do preço baixo

Não vou voltar nunca mais.

Na nossa chegada o quarto reservado estava errado, recepção ficou vazia algumas vezes ( queríamos entregar a chave pra sair), o café da manhã era BEM fraco. Não sei quem era, talvez a gerente, mas tinha uma senhora q não respondeu nenhuma vez ao nosso bom dia ou boa tarde. O chuveiro não esquentava direito. O hotel parecia estar em obras pq as janelas estavam MUITO sujas, mal se podia ver pela janela. A única parte boa foi q as camas eram confortáveis.

Bem ruim. A internet caia a toda hora. Avisei que precisava da internet para trabalhar. Uma funcionária disse que no outro dia poderia trocar para um quarto mais próximo do roteador. Mas no outro dia outra funcionária disse que não adiantaria. Que o rapaz já tinha vindo arrumar.

Fiz a reserva para pagar no local, o grupo oyo indevidamente debitou um valor de R$36 no meu cartão de crédito. No hotel, alem de falar que uma parte ja havia sido debitada, a funcionária não acreditou, mesmo eu mostrando o comprovante, alem de cobrar R$50 pelo estacionameto, o que em nenhum momento foi descrito nessa plataforma. Cafe da manhã MUITO CEDO, o término era as 8:30h. A TV não funciona, hotel mal cuidado.
