Mattress wa split with a deep line in the middle so we cannot sleep straight. Otherwise the service was great. But no daily cleaning.

Precisa ser interditado pra desinfecção de mofo.

Pior experiência da vida! Fiquei doente por causa do mofo, além das péssimas condições de manutenção do hotel o mofo ocupava todas as dependências do hotel. Roupa de cama ruim, toalhas rasgadas e velhas, tudo encardido. Banheiros em péssimo estado, com entupimento. Trocamos de quarto duas vezes e mesmo assim o mofo era sufocante. Não há manutenção no prédio, todo furado no teto, nas paredes. As fotografias do site enganam o consumidor. Precisa ser interditado pra desinfecção e manutenção.

Hotel Metrópole

A equipe merece todos elogios, todo tempo gentil e prestativa. O café da manhã tem bastante opção e os caldinhos no fim de tarde/noite são ótimos. O hotel é tombado e as áreas comuns tem muitos detalhes arquitetônicos bacanas. A ressalva fica por conta dos quartos, que muitas vezes tem problemas de falta de manutenção (como apoios de toalhas soltos, portas e pinturas com falta de manutenção, esse tipo de coisa). Quando estive no hotel, eles estavam mexendo na estrutura e torço para que isso seja bem realizado, tem tudo para ter uma nota melhor, numa excelente localização, acredito que falte um pouco desses cuidados. No geral a localização é excelente, o custo benefício bom e a experiência foi boa e o atendimento excelente, me hospedaria novamente.

Hotel decadente, precisando de reforma urgente e de contratação de profissionais mais qualificados para receber e servir aos hóspedes. Café da manhã ruim, com poucas opções. Quarto com janela quebrada, porta com sinal de arrombamento, e TV mal posicionada; no banheiro, tampa do vaso solta, chuveiro muito próximo da parede, e a Porta de vidro passa iluminação para o quarto quando o banheiro do vizinho acende a luz, atrapalhando o sono. Obs: as meninas que servem o café são super simpáticas.

Minha estada ocorreu de forma muito boa. O Metrópole é um hotel antigo, patrimônio de BH. O atendimento foi excelente, com funcionários bastante atenciosos, sempre muito gentis procurando oferecer o melhor. Houve cortesia de caldinhos em determinadas noites o q aumentou a sensação de acolhimento. Café da manhã conforme combinado, num salão bem amplo. Algumas instalações principalmente hidráulicas estão precisando de uma modernização, mas tb percebe-se q o hotel no geral vem se esforçando nos reparos.

Péssimo Hotel

Fiz a reserva para um quarto com vista para a cidade, mas nos colocaram em quarto no 1° andar sem vista para a cidade que mais parecia um porão banheiro com o teto e forro faltando as fotos do quarto não tem nada a ver com as fotos reais . Piso do quarto ruim a tv estava em uma mesa prestes a cair, frigobar em cima de outra mesa . Café da manhã foi a única coisa que prestou. Toalhas velhas e desgastadas, o armário com cheiro de madeira velha travesseiros também muito ruins, colchão manchado as marcas pareciam sangue. A ideia era sair hoje , ficamos muito desanimados a continuar e saímos ontem no final da tarde, pois não fazem reembolso caso desista da diária. Péssimo hotel. Não se instalem nesse hotel
