Atendimento muito bom, motel excelente para se passar uma noite. Única crítica fica ao isolamento acústico que não tem, você irá ouvir todo barulho da equipe do motel e o café da manhã não veio quando eu pedi, só horas depois. De toda forma vale o preço pago!

Não respeitam a reserva

A propriedade cancelou minha reserva de forma unilateral, mesmo após ligação de minha parte poucas horas antes de minha chegada, ocasião em que a funcionária Jaqueline me informou que a reserva estava confirmada e que estava tudo ok com meu horário de chegada. Fui obrigado a pegar quarto mais caro, pois minha estadia se deveu em razão de concurso público pela manhã do dia seguinte.

Só deixou a desejar a recepção de entrada que te obriga a usar um interfone manual, onde você terá contato da orelha e mãos no aparelho. Basta substituir por um interfone tipo de campainha residencial sem o fone... em tempos de pandemia esse contato com o aparelho é totalmente descabivel...
