O interfone para pedir comida não atende, o whats app não chega msg. O telefone pra entrar em contato não atende. Esqueci meu carregador de celular lá e não consigo falar com eles. Vai na central a central não resolve, manda ligar lá e o número não atende.

Deixou muito a desejar.

Pontos positivos: •Boa localização. •Café da manhã servido no quarto (embora presumo que seja porque não tem espaço gourmet ). Pontos negativos: •Se foi erro do hoteis.com ou da hospedagem, não sei, mas o fato é que reservei uma acomodação associada a foto que aparecia e, no final das contas, não foi o que prometia. Na reserva aparecia acomodações com preços diferentes, escolhi a mais cara e, na prática foi outra bem diferente. • Não ficou claro também, no ato da reserva, que o estacionamento e café da manhã teriam preços adicionais. As informações precisam ser mais mais transparentes. Na hora cogitei cancelar e já não dava mais. Obs: é a segunda vez que o hoteis.com me lesa. Uma outra vez foi em Huacachina (Peru). • O atendimento é sofrível. • Sensação de insegurança. Boa parte do horário noturno notei que não tinha ninguém na recepção e uma vez vi o portão da garagem aberto. Facilmente qualquer um entra. • O café da manhã é pago e é ruim. • Cheiro horrível dos cobertores. Será que tinham lavado? • Não acho que o custo-benefício seja interessante, pois somado o valor da estadia + estacionamento + café da manhã tem muitas hospedagens infinitamente melhores na América, pelo que já pude observar,e em Belo Horizomte também. (Se a pessoa for só para dormir, ok). • Dentre tantas hospedagens que já fiquei na América, somente quatro deixaram a desejar. E esta, certamente está entre as quatro. Por fim: • Faço votos para que melhore substancialmente ou feche o estabelecimento.

Honesto

O hotel é simples - quarto e banheiros pequenos. A habitação tem cama, armário, mesa de trabalho, frigobar, TV, internet. Único ponto de atenção é para instalação de mais tomadas. Só existe 1 tomada com adaptador para ligar TV e frigobar. Logo, se quiser carregar celular ou laptop, TV ou frigobar devem ser desligados. Bom custo benefício pelo que oferece (diária 70 reais). Excelente localização, muito próximo da Av Prudente de Moraes.
