A great place to stay

The walks around the lake made my trip a wonderful experience. The staff was extraordinary. I definitely want to return. Sad to leave.

The room itself was goods the only problem I had was that in the website picture and description didn't match the real room. I wished for a queen bed, but instead got a 2 single bed attempt to be a queen bed. They put 2 single beds together and put a cover on top of it, result was a lot of discomfort and back pain, if it wasn't for this I would give a better rating, hotel staff were super friendly .

all the rooms when someone enters or leaves the doors make a lot of noise early in the morning, guests start to leave and no one sleeps anymore, there is no insulation against noise

Hotel Rede Pampulha 8/10

A hospedagem foi razoável para o tempo que passamos em BH, estávamos de passagem, e não íamos ficar muitos dias, e o hotel nos atendeu prontamente para nossas necessidades. Atendimento desde da recepção até os serviços gerais foram impecáveis em todas as soluções que havíamos solicitados. Estavam todos de parabéns. Ponto negativo: Quartos e Banheiros estavam com mofo e mosquitos e borboletas, mesmo pedindo a troca do quarto, o quarto que foi trocado também não estava diferente do que estávamos anteriormente. Mas sabemos que é devido ao tempo do hotel, mas nada que uma reforma não resolva. Ou mesmo uma limpeza pesada para tirar a imagem de mofo dos tetos e paredes e vasos sanitários. Não que eles não estivessem limpos, mas visualmente é desagradável aos olhos. Café da manhã com uma boa variedade é tudo muito organizado. Boa localização.

Hotel legal, mas faltou suporte.

Infelizmente a janela do meu quarto estava sem o blackout, quando solicitei manutenção me disseram que não havia suporte para tal manutenção no momento e não haviam quartos. Assim, acordei todos os dias muito cedo. No meu quarto não tinha tapete para o banheiro e nem toalha de rosto. Me disseram que era somente com o responsável da limpeza, mas não deixaram no quarto, quando solicitei. O café da manhã é delicioso.

Infelizmente tive uma péssima experiência com esse hotel, todo o segundo andar teve problemas com os ar-condicionado dois dia antes do meu check-in e não fomos avisados com antecedência, ficando em um calor insuportável tomando diversos banhos ao longo da noite. Também o quarto nos foi entregue fedendo com comida estragada no frigobar.
