Hotel caiu muito o padrão, muito ruim

Me hospedo no Hotel desde que se chamava terminal center hotel, ou seja, desde começo anos 90,, mas desta vez me surpreendeu, parece que estão largando o hotel, tive alguns problemas, vamos lá; Banheiro não dava descarga, logo não dava descarga o mal cheiro era constante no quarto, água descia constante da geladeira e o quarto ficava todo molhado, tinha um pessoal fazendo algum serviço no quarto da frente ao 715 o qual fiquei,atrapalhava nos decancos no horário de almoço, o Restaurante do Hotel não funciona mais, mesmo depois de reportar problemas no quarto não fui trocado de quarto ,, espero que seja a última vez que me hospedo no referido hotel,,, se for pra sair de casa e ficar pior que me sinto em casa, prefiro ficar num hotel bem inferior,,,o preço não condiz com a atual estrutura do Hotel.

Assim que cheguei na recepção para o check in, havia varias pessoas reclamando de 2 mulheres brigando no primeiro andar. Ao chegar no quarto nao conseguimos ligar a tv. Pegamos o telefone para ligar para recepcao e este tambem nao estava funcionando. Infelizmente nao gostei de nada.

Seria melhor se tivesse serviço de quarto. Próximo do hotel, diferente do que imaginamos, não tinha algum bom restaurante ou cafeteria... Precisamos andar pelo menos 400m, morro acima, durante um dia super quente e com muito sol para encontrar um shopping com várias opções de alimentação. Próximo do hotel somente restaurantes muito, muito simples e com aparência nada boa. Realizamos um curso no salão de eventos do próprio hotel, o que nos incentivou a permanecermos no mesmo. Porém, se analisássemos antes seus arredores não teríamos o escolhido (considerando a falta do serviço de quarto e de um restaurante). Café da manhã muito bom, chuveiro excelente. Mas, cada vez que ligava o chuveiro o cheiro de pó era muito forte. Faltou toalhas de rosto e precisamos solicitar na recepção após nossa chegada. Roupas de cama e banho limpas e perfumadas, cama confortável. Janelas e espelhos com bastante pó. No bwc, tinha um varal mas, foi impossível utilizar já que o parafuso estava solto e não havia possibilidade de pendurar algo sem correr o risco de tudo cair. Tivemos problemas com a NET na tv do quarto mas após ligar para a recepção logo foi solucionado. Wifi muito bom, atendimento rápido na recepção. Hotel próximo da Praça da Liberdade, Mercado Central... de UBER chegamos BEM rápido a estes locais.

Optei por ele pois tinha um evento no Minascentro,

Quarto com cama desnivelada apto 807 ,trocaram o quarto o banheiro parecia uma lagoa pois o ralinho estava entupido, café da manhã a desejar muito,conheço todos os hotéis da rede em BH e nos causou espanto as condições nada estadia que tivemos neste,optei por ele pois tinha um evento no Minascentro,já fiquei hospedado neste outras vezes b,mas está estadia foi muito ruim.

O quarto duplo é muito pequeno, parecia um quartinho de vassouras. O banheiro minúsculo, eu que possuo 1,72 de altura, ou seja, não sou alto, tinha que me encolher para tomar banho. Não recomendo este hotel.
