First and last time staying here

This place is not at all like what the pictures make it seem to be. The pictures they use to advertise the rooms weren't at all like what our room was like. Our room was very small and not very comfortable. Breakfast wasn't too bad but not the best. Our room keys would deactivate all the time. They said if they were too close to keys, coins, or credit cards they would deactivate. Never encountered room keys so finicky before in my life. They seemed to deactivate if they left the room, stayed in the room, saw the sun, didn't see the sun, saw the moon, didn't see the moon, if you looked at it the wrong way, or the right way, if it heard you speak, if it didn't hear you speak. They deactivated incredibly easily and we had to get them reactivated almost every single day. It was bizarre. Never encountered that before in my life. The only redeeming quality this place had was it's location. Which is relatively close to most of the major tourist attractions and sights. I would never stay here again, especially for what you pay. You also have to pay for parking if you have a car.

Enjoyed our stay at the Royal Center Center, staff was very friendly and courteous, specially Thales at the front desk and Sandra from housekeeping. Breakfast buffet was delicious.

Quarto limpo diariamente, o quarto podia ser melhor decorado, café da manhã muito bom, equipe de funcionários atenciosos, check in check out rápidos, o banheiro do meu tipo de acomodação é pequeno o qiue pode ser um problema para pessoas de grande porte, bem localizado próximo de comércio , rua com muito pouco ruído de tráfico. Quarto limpo, porém ficava perto do elevador, barulho excessivo. No banheiro, no banho , ficou inundado. O melhor lugar foi no restaurante, atendimento perfeito, comida boa. Principalmente à noite. No café da manhã, sempre falta algum item, café e Leite quente, talheres, no cantinho mineiro, sempre um desastre, nunca tinha reposição.
