O quarto em que nos acomodamos tinha uma janela com buraco, televisão bem antiga e que ainda não funcionava, ventilador de teto barulhento, sem cortinas, estão tivemos que dormir com o quarto abafado e sentindo calor já que era impossivel deixar as janelas abertas ou ligar o ventilador de teto. Café da manhã bom, pão de queijo bem gostoso. O atendimento em relação a uma resolução de problema não foi como esperado (com cordialidade e gentileza)

Positivos: a educação dos funcionários, a localização, o café da manhã é bom e sempre estão repondo. No dia que eu fui, não tinha tudo que tinha nas fotos, mas tinha bastante opção. Negativos: tem barzinhos na rua que são barulhentos. Como eu fiquei em um quarto de frente à rua, ouvi bem os barulhos. O volume foi diminuindo conforme foi ficando mais tarde. Isso não é culpa do hotel, mas achei bom informar. O quarto e o banheiro não são iguais às fotos, mas a diferença é pequena. O colchão não é muito confortável e, na ponta da cama, ao sentar, ele desceu mais, como se tivesse algo quebrado embaixo.
