Nestled in its enclosed garden, this traditional Breton house consists on the ground floor of a common room (living-dining room), a separate kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom, a toilet, and a garage. Upstairs, two bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower and toilet) provide a comfortable sleeping area.

Parking is available in front of the property. From the house, the beach can be reached in 10 minutes by car.

The house is not equipped with WIFI.

Nearby, numerous beaches (dunes), each with its own personality and specific charm.
