Splendid 3-bedroom and 3-bathroom apartment in the heart of Los Flamingos golf course, with very neat and luxurious decoration. All the rooms are huge, equipped with air conditioning, with underfloor heating in the bathrooms.
Magnificent 170 m² terrace offering a splendid view of the estate and the lake. It is divided into three areas:
• Sun terrace (90m²)
• Dining area (60m²)
• Covered terrace (20m²)
Large turquoise swimming pool (21m x 10m) exclusively reserved for residents of the property. Given the small number of apartments, it is not uncommon to be able to enjoy them alone! Large Tuscan-style garden – perfectly maintained all year round – surrounds the entire property. Entirely fenced and privatized for the benefit of residents, access is completely secure. A parking area allows you to leave your vehicle there during your stay.

Fantastic accommodation and location

A luxurious comfortable and stylish property. Loved the location- quiet but close to supermarkets and travel links. Beautiful gardens and views. Definitely the best apartment we have stayed in in Marbella.

Beautiful apartment and location

The apartment is stunning......spacious , well equipped, beautifully decorated with a stunning terrace with views over the lake and to the hills beyond. The surrounding area is mostly peaceful and with good communication routes to local villages and to the A7. We had one issue with building noise during our stay at a neighbouring apartment. The agents were always available and very responsive in resolving the situation as quickly as possible. Overall the apartment was stunning, very comfortable and is great either as a base to explore this area of Spain or as a chill out property to get away from it all. Thanks to Melanie, Jon and Servan for providing excellent service as agents.
