Poor communication. Hidden costs and Key Collection nightmare

Passed from pilar to post trying to talk to people. Having to pay for linen and towels a week before 20 euro PER PERSON and having to collect the apartment key an hour away from the apartment and in the middle of no where and only informed of this the day before travel.
