The complex has a communal pool and a small childrens pool, free on-street parking and is located only a few minutes walk from the shops, restaurants, bars and parks of Benahavis Village. The property also boasts air conditioning and heating although it's quite naturally cool.

Bedrooms - Bedroom 1 has a Kind Size double bed with double wardrobe, 2 chest of drawers and bed side table. Bedroom 2 has twin beds (but on request this can be changed to a Super King Double Bed), a double wardrobe and bed side tables . There is also a sofa bed in the living room which can sleep an additional person making it suitable for 5 people.

This apartment offers its guests a terrace, barbecue grills, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
