The Property - Two bedroom top floor apartment in a quiet residential location with fantastic mountain views. The property consists of a dining area, living room with access to a terrace with two sunbeds, table, chairs and a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room (with washing machine), two bedrooms and a luxurious bathroom with large walk in shower. The complex has a communal pool and a small childrens pool, free on-street parking and is located only a few minutes walk from the shops, restaurants, bars and parks of Benahavis Village. The property also boasts air conditioning and heating although it's quite naturally cool.

Bedrooms - Bedroom 1 has a Kind Size double bed with double wardrobe, 2 chest of drawers and bed side table. Bedroom 2 has twin beds (but on request this can be changed to a Super King Double Bed), a double wardrobe and bed side tables . There is also a sofa bed in the living room which can sleep an additional person making it suitable for 5 people.
