Welcome to my penthouse apartment that I love!! Total outdoor terrace space of 90 square metres, all day sun! UPDATE: there are now new awnings installed to both pergolas (see new photos)

Residencial Avalon is a modern development and area. The location is in the middle of the "golden triangle" so it is a short taxi ride to the entertainment hubs of Marbella, Puerto Banus, Benahavis, San Pedro, Estepona.

My penthouse apartment is very private with stunning views (golf, sea, mountains) and of south west facing aspect (the ideal aspect on the costa del sol!). The roof terrace entails there is exposure to sun from sunrise to sunset and is very private and secluded.

There are 2 pools. The Main pool is heated and is surrounded by private and secure gardens.

Inside the apartment you can see there is a balcony next to the living room, then in the living room is a marble staircase that takes you to a big glorious roof terrace with spectacular views - you can even see Africa on the horizon!

The living room has a 75 inch TV and both bedrooms have a TV. There is WiFi and air conditioning throughout the apartment.

The kitchen contains all utensils, microwave, air fryer, cooker, fridge freezer, washing machine, dish washer, kettle, toaster.

The main bedroom has a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom.
Both bedrooms also have blackout steel shutters to keep out the sun and heat.
Both bathrooms have fantastic monsoon head showers with good water pressure and glass surrounds.

The apartment comes with private underground parking, pre-cleaning , post-cleaning , linen and towels.

This apartment offers its guests an outdoor pool and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.

This Benahavis apartment is smoke free.
