Great Place with Beach Views!

Great place steps from beach and restaurants! It was very clean and well appointed. Parking spot in garage across street was an added bonus. Sonia was very responsive and friendly.

Simply perfect

It is difficult to overstate how great this property is. The apartment is like entering a luxury 5* hotel suite with your own two private (cordoned off) terraces overlooking the sea (35 seconds from door to standing on the beach). Just a stones throw from dozens of restaurants and bars. Though none had loud thumping music or are sports bars filled with rowdy revellers - just a nice hustle and bustle with great atmosphere. This August was seriously hot but the aircon was excellent, plus you get a big fridge and freezer to fill up with drinks and ice-cream. Finally, the owners (Sonia and Angel) are so lovely and respond quickly to any enquiries.

Holiday bliss

When we arrived we were met by the owners and taken around to the property, the views from the terraces were fabulous, the apartment has that instant wow factor, our whole experience was so smooth and relaxing, Sonia and Angel had already sent us a profile of the property and places to eat the night before we arrived, we had a thoroughly relaxing and enjoyable stay,

Lovely break away

It was a pleasure to meet Angel the owner and his daughter, they met us on arrival at the property, they made us feel very welcome and were very helpful offering us their services anytime we may needed it. The property is very clean, modern and fresh looking,everything you need for your stay, welcome pack was left for us thank you Angel, they have beautiful bedding and towels available, air con was spot on, beautiful views of the coast line, on the door step for the beach what more could we ask for plus beautiful weather. We will definitely consider returning back to this property.

Perfekt for ferie på stranda

Vi var der hele april og kosa oss hver dag. Fantastisk utsikt til stranda som kun er en trapp ned og over promenaden. Jeg bada hver dag før frokost og da hadde jeg stranda for meg selv. Sonia og Ángel er veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Jeg fikk svar umiddelbart når jeg tok kontakt

Tolle Unterkunft!😊

Die Unterkunft ist super schön und modern renoviert. Man hat wirklich eine super Ausstattung, es fehlte an nichts!😊 Dazu ist man super zentral und es gibt eigentlich keine Wohnung in Benalmadena, die dichter am Strand und Wasser ist! Dazu hat man 2 sehr große Terrasse mit Esstisch,Stühle, Sonnenstühle usw. Um sich vor den blicken der Nachbarn zu schützen, kann man einen Seitenmarkise ausfahren und ist dann für sich alleine. Die Vermieter Angel und Sonia sind super nett und haben uns alles soweit gezeigt und direkt am Taxi empfangen. Die Kommunikation lief vor der Reise und während der Reise super ohne Probleme. Wenn man zwischendurch fragen hatte, wurden diese schnellstmöglichst beantwortet. Alles in allem ein perfekter Urlaub für einen super fairen Preis! Klare weiterempfehlung. Gerne wieder 😊

Appartement refait à neuf, très bien équipé, situé sur le front de mer, proche de nombreux commerces et restos. Belle terrasse privative avec vue sur la mer. Bonne communication avec Angel (même s'il ne parle pas français contrairement à ce qui est indiqué dans le descriptif). Cadeaux de bienvenue très appréciés (boissons fraiches, café, thé, chips, gâteaux, ...). Tout était parfait. A recommander. Suggestion d'amélioration : un paravent ou une petite cloison pour séparer le coin chambre
