Having lived in our lovely house for 4 years we have now relocated to the UK, but visit our home from home in the Sun as often as possible as we absolutely love being there, and we welcome guests who want to stay in a really great family home that is close to everything you could ever need, a house that is taken care of, meaning you get a wonderful home for your holiday. Situated a 5 minute walk to the park, the beach or the centre of town, you are ideally located to explore and enjoy Benalmadena Costa.

This property is in an excellent location. It has all you would need for a home from home, and very well equipped. Would recommend this home to anyone looking for a great place to spend away.
The home was perfect for our family group of 6 adults a 3 year old and a 4 month.The location was pergect for a short walk to the beach local testaurants
We have now stayed here on a number of occasions, and love it. The location and access to everything is excellent for us. The house is spacious well equipped with both a front and back patio, we will be back again!

Great location, 5 minutes walk to the beach front and all the bars. The villa had everything you needed even a good selection of British tv. Can’t fault it
The house was a fantastic base for the family. 6 adults and two children. Plenty of space for everyone and the two outside areas meant you got the sun morning and evening. The host was very accommodating with our request for a later leaving time. The restaurants around were great and only a 10-15 minute walk to the sea front. Would definitely stay again
Everything about this property is as described online. It is the perfect location to access the bus within 5 minutes or train or beach within 15 minutes if walking. John was always available if any concerns arose. Taxi to airport was 15 minutes. Would highly recommend.

Close to the 103 bus route, good access to dolphin park, however, the one downside if you have small children or even slight mobility issues the hill from the supermarket is a bit of a hard slog, however there is a little shop just up the road Parque de Pablo Evita
Everything was a 5 minute walk away, my parents struggled a bit with the hill coming back up but it wasn’t a massive hill only a slight incline for about 3 mins (but in 32 degrees they found a bit of a slog) the house is lovely, very spacious and had everything you could need. The first day we got there the pool was shut but after contacting the owner he sorted it out for us to use the next day and going forward. As it’s in a residential area we literally had the pool to ourselves which was great and on your doorstep near enough. Great value for money
Highly recommend this lovely family home! Well maintained, fully equipped and very spacious, with plenty of room for all 9 of our party. With age range from 77yrs through to 9yr old it worked for everyone. It's on a lovely quiet Urb with plenty of privacy but centrally located for all areas of Benalmadena. The pool was definately a large plus for us, and most days is like a private pool as limited use by others. The communication with the owners has been excellent, right from the start before even reserving the booking, answering any questions and providing recommendations. I would 100% recommend this property and hope to return in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was more than adequate, a little dated with some minor issues which were mailnly wear and tear but overall we would be being very picky to rate this property under 4 star plus. The location for us was perfect except for the noise from the busy roads either side but again would not deter us from booking again. The host was easily contactable and the property provides everything you need for a long stay. This area of Benalmadena has plenty of good quality bars and restaurants and close enough to all attractions. The hill to the apatment is a little strenous maybe for older people but again for us not an issue

A great house to stay...spacious and well equipped. Hard going back up the hill if you are at all infirm but doable. Disappointed that the pool didnt stay open in the subsequent days we were there as the weather was hot. So need to bear in mind that the pool is padlocked regardlesds on 1st October. butbut doable. . hbacktu ste not reasonably fit. equipped
So happy we (group of 8 girls) stayed here. The house is in a lovely area just up from the shops and bars. There is a slight hill but didn't hinder us. The house has a lovely kitchen and dinning room (we sat outside most meals) and Lounge with all you need and more, (also washing machine). There are 2 terraces one for each time of the day if you want to follow the sun ;-) The back terrace had enough seating for all of us. The bedrooms have all got aircon and the top room has its own terrace too ! Beds were VERY comfortable. The pool area is like a secret garden and we only saw 2 other people so was like our own. Everything was lovely and would stay again.
