This apartment is in a wonderful location close to the Marina with plentiful restaurants and shops close by.It is decorated beautifully throughout and very clean. It also had air conditioning which seemed to be on a timer and worked perfectly making it always comfortable as it was extremely hot outside.The terrace is also a bonus getting the sun all day. It was furnished well and had a great parasol that kept us in the shade along with a lovely hottub.There is no need for a car while staying here but you are allocated a parking spot if needed.Check in and out was easy and Isabelle from the company kept us well informed throughout. We would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment and hope to return in the near future. Thank you Adrienne & Tommy

Lovely apartment

Just returned from a 7 night stay in this apartment and the 4 of us had a wonderful time, it is close to all the shops short walk to the marina and beach. The apartment had everything you would need it was clean and the roof terrace with hot tub is fab also the location is in a quiet area. We would definitely return back and recommend this apartment

great holiday

The location was excellent, 5 minutes to Puerta marina, 10 minutes to Tivoli and the big park, 50 yds to the buses and taxis for Marbella, Mijas and Torremolinos. The property grounds and pool area were well maintained and the entrance was very clean. The caretaker , Sole, met us and gave us a tour of the apartment and was very helpful. The apartment itself had everything we needed and the terrace area was a bonus with sun all day and the jacuzzi. The owners were excellent to deal with in communications. If I have to offer constructive criticism: 1 The bed linen and towels were clean but old and need updating. 2 Also as a jacuzzi owner I test the water at least 3 times a week and I would suggest the water needs testing after 3 days as it did start to smell midweek and also the height of the tub means its difficult to get in without some sort of adequate steps to assist older and less able people. Once again we had a great time there and would definitely recommend the apartment.

Wonderful penthouse with a wiev and jacuzzi!

This apartment was excellent! The location was great, nearby the marina, beachwalk and good restaurants. Reservation progress was very easy and smooth with the homeowners, they helped us in every way and answered to our many questions. Very easy and trustable to deal with. The apartment itself was clean and tidy, decorated with a good taste. Enough of kitchen appliances, towels etc. whatever you need during your stay. I will highly recommend this apartment whoever will stay at the Benalmadena area!

Amazing accommodation, we arranged to be collected which worked well and then our bags were stored until the appt was ready. Everything we needed was in the appt, the air con worked well and the WiFi was brilliant. Great location just a short stroll from the beach, very easy access to shops, restaurants and buses. Spacious and comfortable apartment

The apartment was spotless, Sole was very helpful taking our luggage in as we had arrived early, allowing us to go for lunch and watch the Royal Wedding! Her brother provided the Airport transfers most efficiently. It was well set up for a family with lots of comfortable seating inside and on the terrace. The position is central to the Marina and sea front, shops & buses, there is a taxi rank in the road which was reasonably priced.

Great Location. Apartment okay, but basic and lacking in attention to detail. Has so much potential!

Firstly despite the criticisms, we would go back to this apartment. The location is perfect for the beach, town, bars and restaurants. It doesn't have a luxury penthouse feel - it's just a basic apartment. It was reasonably clean (although mirrors and light fittings clearly hadn't been cleaned in a very long time and had thick layers of dust on them). Both light fittings in the lounge were hanging off the ceiling and not attached! The bedding, although perfectly clean, wasn't ironed, and all the beds had plastic waterproof sheets covering the mattresses. I appreciate mattresses need to be protected, but it is possible to get waterproof mattress covers that are not obviously made of plastic (as a holiday rental owner myself I know). The protectors were horrible and weren't comfortable, I can't imagine how hot they'd be in summer! The mattress in the master bedroom needs replacing as it's past its' best. And why was there only one bedside lamp? The kitchen is tiny, with only a 2 ring hob (not 4 as advertised), and there was a distinct lack of crockery and equipment. If five people stayed in this apartment (with one tiny bathroom I would think this almost impossible), I'm not sure how they would get on with only 4 bowls, 8 mugs and 6 wine glasses. The oven is housed outside, in the same tiny cupboard area as the washing machine, which wasn't convenient. You're probably not going to do a lot of cooking on holiday, but with kids you'd possibly put a pizza or two in the oven. There were no baking trays, pizza trays or oven gloves. The frying pans were completely worn out (as mentioned by another reviewer), and desperately need replacing. The 2 slice toaster was unclean and old - a 4 slice one would be preferable for a 5 person apartment. We stayed for two weeks, and there was no mid-holiday clean provided as a matter of course (although you can pay extra for one!). No clean bedding or towels were provided for us to do this ourselves even. I wonder when foreign holiday providers are going to up their game to be honest. This apartment has so much potential to be really fabulous. The hot tub does make this apartment more attractive than many. Unfortunately, the owners have the tub set on 'eco', which means it goes no higher than 33c. This may be fine in the summer months, but anytime from October to March is likely to be rather chilly - as we found! A bit more effort could make this place amazing. It's such a shame, and it appears feedback isn't acted on.

Der Gastgeber war freundlich und gut zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, auch die Betten sind etwas durchgelegen. Die wirklich schöne Dachterrasse hat leider im Winter keine Sonne. Zur Ausrichtung gab es leider eine falsche Auskunft des Vermieters.

Wspaniały pobyt

Spędziliśmy wspaniały tydzień w apartamencie. Wszystko zgodnie z opisem co prawda sprzęty takie jak jakuzzi czy meble najlepsze lata mają za sobą ale nie miało to wpływu na jakość wypoczynku. Jedyny minus to brak markizy na tarasie na którym w godzinach popołudniowych hiszpańskie słońce daje ostro popalić.

Excellent sejour

Nous avons 15 jours fantastiques dans ce penthouse. L’appartement est grand conforme à la description La terrasse est superbe avec très belle vue sur la montagne Le jaccuzzi est un vrai plus, il a été apprécié par toute la famille grands et petits Si je puis me permettre un conseil d’amélioration, peut être mettre un peu plus de vaisselle , c’était limite pour 4 personnes. Mettre par exemple des tasses de café ( il n’y avait que des grandes tasses). Et éventuellement un abonnement netflix ( pas de trop à ce niveau de prix) La piscine de la résidence est très bien aussi. Urbanisation très calme. En cas de difficulté Jose Antonio est très réactif, disponible et efficace. L’appartement est proche de tout, commerces , plage à 5 mn à pied En résumé nous recommandons vivement cet hébergement
