APARTMENT
This excellent apartment was completely renovated in the summer of 2020 with new high-quality furniture. It has a large terrace and a west orientation, which allows it to receive sun most of the day.

LIVING ROOM
The living room, with a modern decoration, has a kitchenette and a sofa bed, with an Italian opening, that turns into a double bed.
To eat, you can opt for the high stools (on the counter), on the table in the living room, or on the terrace where there are several tables and chairs.
The apartment has two air conditioners and heating (although the temperatures in the apartment are usually always very mild).
It has two large televisions (living room and bedroom) with the apartment's own Netfix account. The complex's antenna allows access to Spanish channels and some foreign channels, such as Sky.
It also has some home automation elements, such as GoogleHome, Chromecast, mirrors with internet to put music, etc. If you prefer not to use these home automation elements, all the devices in the house can be controlled by conventional remote controls.
The internet (Wifi) is high speed, thanks to the optical fiber installed in the apartment.

KITCHEN
The modern kitchen has a ceramic hob, microwave, oven, Nespresso, washing machine, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, GoogleNestHub and all the necessary accessories for a comfortable stay.


TERRACES
The apartment has two terraces that allow you to enjoy views of both the sea and the mountains.
On the larger terrace there is a private Jacuzzi (only for apartment guests), whose water is changed before the arrival of each client.
The main terrace has a large retractable awning and is equipped with sofas and sun loungers.


BEDROOM
In the bedroom, with a comfortable double bed, you can also have an extra bed. It has a television with its own Netflix account, bedside tables, a dresser and a large built-in wardrobe.
The GoogleHome in the room includes its own Spotify account. In addition to listening to music, Google home can be used to inquire about restaurants and other city attractions, as well as to control the television.


BATHROOM
The bathroom has a modern shower, a sink, toilet and all the towels and accessories necessary for a comfortable stay. It also has a mirror with a speaker for music.



BENALBEACH (Apartment Complex)

The apartment is located in the famous BenalBeach apartment complex in the city of Benalmádena. The common areas, such as swimming pools, bar and gardens, are for the exclusive use of BenalBeach guests.
BenalBeach is an ideal resort for both family vacations and as a couple.

RECEPTION
The BenalBeach reception is open 24 hours a day, so check-in can be done literally at any time.
The reception can also help you get information about visits and attractions in the surroundings.

POOLS & RESTAURANT
This famous resort on the Costa del Sol has 5 incredible swimming pools with connecting water slides. It is like a water park, only available to those staying at BenalBeach. You will receive special passes to access the pool area.
The 5 pools allow the enjoyment of children and adults.
One of the most recognized elements of the pools is its Bar inside one of the pools, which complements the other Restaurant.

OTHER FACILITIES
BenalBeach also has a paid gym with Spa, a supermarket open every day, an ATM, a games area and other entertainment options. Some nights, the complex has evening entertainment, mainly focused on the elderly.

PARKING
The complex has an open parking area for guests, which in high season can get full, leaving the perimeter of the complex available for parking.

The tourist complex is located on the beachfront in Benalmádena, one of the most significant cities on the famous Costa del Sol.
Very close to the complex there are numerous restaurants and leisure centers.

POINTS OF INTEREST:
Benalmádena - Castillo de Colomares: It is a monument dedicated to the life of Christopher Columbus. Just 10 minutes by car.

Benalmádena - Buddhist Stupa: The most impressive views of Benalmádena. By car it takes a quarter of an hour.

Malaga (city): This nearby city has incredible museums such as the Picasso Museum and the Center Pompidou. By car it takes 20 minutes.

Granada (city): A beautiful city, home to one of the seven wonders of the modern world, the Alhambra. Driving distance of 1 hour and a half.

Seville (city): One of the most beautiful cities in Spain. Its most popular points of interest are the Giralda, the Cathedral, the Alcazar and the Barrio de Santa Cruz. It is reached by car in two hours.
