This apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, etc. Bathroom with shower, hair dryer, towels, etc. Independent bedroom with sea view from the bed and TV, built-in closet, quality mattress (ergonomic) and a double sofa bed.



The official capacity of the apartment is 3 people according to current regulations. If you have any special needs or are a group of 4, do not hesitate to consult us before booking.



The air conditioning in this apartment has an automatic timer as an energy saving measure. Please note that no claims related to this functionality are accepted.

The Banal Beach complex is located in front of the beach and has many excellent facilities for you to enjoy during your stay. Including, 5 pools, pool bar, gym. Just a 5-minute walk from the beach, shops and restaurants.



Gym: It is a private facility and applies its rates. Benalcoast Properties has no access to discounts or any special treatment. Please consult directly with the responsible company.



We inform that the building staff, including reception, pool, maintenance, common areas cleaning, and security, is not linked to Benalcoast Properties. Our company is exclusively dedicated to rental management, so any query or incident related to common areas should be directed to the building administration or the corresponding personnel.



CHECK-IN: 24h Reception. Entry at any time from 3 PM (except from June 15th to September 15th - entry from 4 PM onwards). Early entry before the official check-in time, upon request and with a supplement of 20€ if possible.



POOLS: Only one pool will remain open during the winter season. For maintenance, it will alternate between the large pool (non-heated) and the mermaid pool (heated to 23°)



The opening hours of pools and slides may vary depending on the season and do not depend on Benalcoast Properties, nor can we accept claims for this reason or for pool closure.

In order to ensure the safety and care of our services, we do not require a refundable security deposit. However, we request a credit card number to cover possible damages, with a maximum amount of up to 200€. This measure allows us to offer you a peaceful and worry-free experience.
