This lovely two bedroom apartment is located in the secure gated complex of Arenal de Golf in Benalmadena. The complex offers a communal swimming pool and separate kids pool within its beautifully kept grounds. Just 2.5km away is the nearest beach where you can enjoy the beach bars/restaurants and shops. Just over 1km away is Torrequebrada Golf club. The apartment offers two spaces in the underground parking, hot & cold vented AC throughout and free WIFI.
The apartment is located on the ground floor, arranged over one floor and is tastefully furnished to a high standard. The open plan living space offers a fully equipped kitchen, with a separate utility room and small breakfast bar with stools. Leading out from the kitchen is the terrace garden area, furnished with a dining seating area and sun loungers. The lounge benefits from a large comfortable L shaped sofa bed, that can be pulled out to make a king size bed. There is also an armchair and a 49¨TV. Leading out from the lounge you enter the covered part of the terrace, where you can enjoy the dining area for up to six people and a lounge seating area. From here you can enjoy the views to the pool and grounds.
The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed. There is ample storage space with the fitted wardrobes and high and low units. There is also a work station, a 32¨TV and an en suite bathroom with a bath and shower attachment. The master bedroom enjoys direct access onto the terrace. The guest bedroom is furnished with twin beds, fitted wardrobes and has direct access to the terrace garden. This bedroom has use of the guest shower room.
