I speak as a Canadian…The location is very good, near the beach, the restaurants, the transports and accommodation stores, Nice beach view. The washing machine works well. The pictures on the site represent well the apartment, however they were taken a few years ago. The apartment is not veryclean. The bathroom is the worst. The silicone seals of the shower are disgusting, the towels are very old and they leave residues on the body after a shower. The sheets are thin, old. No spare ones. The bed duvet had a yellow stain (on the internal side). One of the kitchen chair is soon going to brake. The cabinets are full of extermination products. The TV in the bedroom had a tape with a wadding in order not to be pushed. Only one card to open the property’s doors. The hotel is old, smelly, not well maintained. The fountains (inside and out) are dirty, the pools (not opened during our stay) need a lot of care, the landscaping is in a poor situation. The chairs for the beach need to be changed.No sign of the owners during our stay but you have a welcome bottle of wine.

Beautiful apartment, so clean with lovely views. Very central. Everything you needed in the apartment. A welcome pack would be nice just to tell you where the large supermarket was and may be recommend restaurants, there are so many to choose from.Would definitely stay again. Even left us a bottle of water and wine. Very kind thank you. Hope to be back soon

Anniversary trip

My wife and I spent a few days here as part of our anniversary trip. It was a fantastic time. The location is great for being at the beach and very close to great restaurants. Also relatively easy to get into Malaga proper to see the sights and sounds there as well. 10/10 would visit again.

Excellent equipped apartment

Great compact apartment with everything you need provided. A very large complex with pools (we didn't use) spotlessly clean. Comfortable bed, settee not so comfy but ok. All appliances provided, we ate out as only needed a base to sleep but looked like everything was there, full oven hob, microwave, fridge freezer, coffee maker, kettle pots and pans. Condiments too, would recomend. Only downside for us was quite noisy neighbours and every night a strong smell of pot so couldn't sit outside as so bad. However by 11pm things went quiet and we go good sleep. The apartment has aircon and fans, shutters make it pitch black when closed, perfect. Huge TV you need your own apps. Location perfect, taxi out front, buses on the main road go everywhere. Beaches beautiful and absolutely hundreds of bars and restaurants. Would recommend for a stay, host was great across the board. Thank you

Beautifully furnished and decorated, such a comfortable apartment. More kitchen equipment than you could ever need, unless you love cooking on holiday - not us😊 Small but nice bathroom with a really good shower, host kindly provided shower gel, soap and towels. The balcony has a view of the sea and the mountains and gets the afternoon and evening sun, perfect for a sundowner before heading out to eat.

This is a really well decorated and equipped we really wanted for nothing. The sea and mountain views were a big part of our holiday plus the nearness of Paloma Park with its various animals was fantastic . I can highly recommend this apartment.

Carmen and Angèl were very welcoming and met us at reception at the hotel even after a delay on our flight then helped us with the luggage and kids to our room The appartment was faultless! Clean bright and modern with everything you would ever need and a perfect self catering kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, toaster, fridge freezer, pots pans galore We even had towels, beach towels, iron and ironing board, washing machine, beach chairs beach umbrella etc The shower was perfect and the air con worked so well and kept the room really cool on afternoons and throughout the night for us and the kids The kids all loved the pools and slides which was where we spent most of our time The pool area opens at 10am and sunbeds cost €4 per day from 11am to 8pm or €25 for a week pass (7days) but we brought lilos to lay on rather than the grass The supermarket was in the hotel was reasonably priced but we went to the local mercado where the prices were about half of what they were on site in our car The only downside was the lack of parking in or around the hotel for our car but we did park in the car parks in the park opposite the complex which was a few minutes walk to the side entrance to the apartment. The market at tivoli was super and ran on fridays from 9am till 2pm. The beach was a few minutes away from the apartment and there was an inflatable assault course in the water, only problem is the sand is more gritty than sand so we would recommend fuengerola beach which was 7miles away but the sand was much better and there is still an inflatable course in the water lots of shells in the sea for the kids to find and a small play area on the sand. The marina was a pleasent half an hour walk away you can follow the seafront to the left . The marina is full of places you can take a boat trip out to see dolphins and lots of places to eat and shop This was a great holiday for our family and we cant thank Carmen and Angel for letting us stay in there beautiful apartment and we know anyone else will love it!!

Great apartment, great facilities and ideal location.

This is our 2nd stay at this apartment and would highly recommend, apartment has everything you need and the on-site facilities are perfect for families. You are central so access to restaurants, bars, shops, beach and activities are all within walking distance or a short bus ride. Owners welcome you on arrival and explain everything and they are available on the phone if required. Thanks again for an amazing stay hopefully we’ll see you again next year.

The property major bonus is the air conditioning and ceiling fans. This made our stay so comfortable. Good comfortable sofa bed and double bed. Bathroom great with a nice shower. Inside the apartment is everything you could need, all kitchen utensils, crockery and cooking equipment. Equipment for cleaning up after yourselves as well such as mop and hoover. Washing machine was excellent, with 3 children this is a must have. Big fridge as well. TV with around 5 UK channels and also Spanish kids channels which we had on most of the time. Apartment building is noisy so bring ear plugs. Excellent swimming pools on site, around 5 or 6 pools and some slides and at the weekend were activities such as an inflatable obstacle course and water walkerz.

Wonderful Family Holiday in a fantastic setting.

We had the most amazing 10 days at the Benal Beach hotel. What a beautiful room and sea view. Carmen and Angel were wonderful hosts. They were very patient with our arrival after waiting for us for almost 2 hours! Thank you. We even had a complementary bottle of water and wine in our room. Lovely touch. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for a family self catering holiday although we mainly ate out for food as it was very reasonably priced. The hotel itself was fantastic although in parts could do with a lick of paint and a tidy up. Can be a little noisy at night with guests in adjoining rooms so would recommend ear plugs which we had. The pool complex is huge. The kids loved it as did we. The arcade and games room was well equipped and the bar area was always open. The paloma park area behind the hotel was stunning with opportunity to feed chickens and rabbits out of your hand! They also had turtles, goats and donkeys to see. Lovely little park for the kids to play in and a quiet little restaurant bar within the park. The beach, restaurant and marina were all fantastic places to while away the hours and the mini golf behind the beach was a hilight for us with amazing sea views. Overall a great experience and will definitely go back in the future. Would absolutely recommend this place for a family holiday. We had children with ages 9 and 7.

Lovely Holiday

We stayed for a week here and found everything to be exactly as described on the website. The apartment was very clean and had homely things left in it ,even down to Beach towels should we have needed them. It was well located, near to the beach and right beside a lovely park. It is 2k from the marina and you can walk along the promenade to it which makes a nice 20 minute walk. Some of the slides in the pools where only open at the weekend which was a pity but was obviously because it was June and not full occupancy. The only negative about the apartment was that despite having the sun in the afternoon and evenings on the balcony, the height on the wall meant you couldn't see the lovely view if you sat down. The builders missed a trick of putting a glass wall there like they do recently. As I said everything else was perfect and Carmel y Angel where so nice. Lovely people and I wish the well in the future. Deborah

Enjoyable family break

The apartment was well equipped and comfortable, the owners Carmen & Angel were lovely ! Benal Beach is situated in a good location with a lovely park opposite and is close to beach . The apartment is spotless and has plenty of storage , towels & bedding , even beach towels !! If I had to be picky I would say a bigger shower enclosure would be advantageous ! We had a lovely holiday!

BEAUTIFUL JUST AS WE EXPECTED FROM PHOTOS

Carmen and Angel were absolutely a pleasure to meet…they greeted us at the front entrance with beaming smiles…they explained everything about the apartment to us…where everything was etc…everything you needed was in the apartment…even down to the bottle of vino Carmen left us (much needed after travelling with 4 teenagers) the view from the balcony was amazing…the location was central for everything…everyday the weather was sunny…what more can you want…except for the arrogant attitude of the lifeguard. When our kids went to the pool they had seen others in the pool with rubber rings so went out and bought one only to be told the could not use it …why were some allowed and not others‼️‼️‼️Especially when the pool was almost empty…Thankyou once again Carmen for allowing us to holiday in your beautiful apartment…

A spacious (larger than average) and well-equipped property in an enormous but well-placed complex. The water-leisure facilities are impressive (though closed in Winter). Could be a little noisy with the adjacent minor road and corridor noise but has efficient lifts, lots of wildlife around and an excellent large park across the road. Just a short walk from minor facilities and the beach and a longer walk to absolutely everything else. Easy buses, trains, taxis and on-site parking. This apartment faces South West which gives sun on the small terrace from mid-morning and until sunset.

We enjoyed our 9 days it was great to be met by the owner who could not do enough to help us. the apartment had everything we needed and was in a great location. It had a fabulous pool area and pool bar.
